BILLING POLICY SUMMARY

Our billing is done per calendar month with set billing dates.  There is no prorating.  We have found this is best, and eliminates guessing when you will be billed for service.

When you sign up, you are charged for the current month at the time of signup, regardless of the time of month.  Your next payment will be due on the cycle day starting in the next month.

All future payments will be charged between the 22nd and 23rd of the month, depending on which batch of payments you are included in.  This ensures that funds clear our bank before the first of the month.  Any account left unpaid will be suspended on the last day of the month.  No extensions are allowed.

If you are paid on a certain day, and need a special payment cycle due to fixed income, please speak with a manager.  Available for Premium Plan Only.  A $3 monthly surcharge will apply.  Typical Price for custom plans is $20.95 Per Month.
